Planning Ahead
This year's SURGE Expo25 at Penn will be held in Philadelphia, on-campus at the University of Pennsylvania, hosted by Penn Student Agencies.
General attendees should expect Early-Bird Pricing with savings of 75%+ off ticket prices (sign up for our email newsletter to stay in the loop).
SRBA members receive heavily discounted ticket prices with up to 85% off (or less than $85) for your first 5-10 tickets depending on availability. Note: additional member tickets may include a mild price increase of $100+ each.
Typically we provide recommended hotels and more walkable experiences; the cost per person (excluding tickets) ranges from $450-$1000 depending on travel distance, hotel preference, etc..
